COVID-19 Response Meal Request Form
We are sorry you are not feeling well. For COVID-19 meal delivery, students must be approved by the Director of Housing and Residential Life, pbenner@richmond .edu.
- Meals for the day will be delivered once daily between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Please stay in your room between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. until you receive a text that your meals have been delivered.
- Delivery request must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. for the next day delivery. Exact menu requests may not be available after that time.
- Daily meals can be ordered 4 days in advance, but will be delivered on the day of service between 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Approved menu is listed below. Only order from the approved menu.
- All food orders must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. for the next day delivery.
- Contact Karen Hensley for special diet needs/request.
All perishable food must be stored in a refrigerator at 41° or lower. Hot selections will be packaged in microwave safe containers and must be stored in a refrigerator at 41° degrees or lower until ready for consumption, then reheated in a microwave to a minimum of 165° degrees.
